Good morning (afternoon or evening), I don't think this fits with the usual topics of this subreddit. But I wanted to share something that happened to me while reading a creepypasta.
One day I was watching a YouTuber's video about Creepypastas, but an image from Reddit appeared with the title "Wrong Way Charlie." So, after finishing the video, I got curious. I went to check out the Creepypasta on Reddit... but I wasn't expecting everything I saw in that short story...
Damn! This is one of the few times a story has made me cry buckets; the way it's told is heartbreaking. Just read the story to understand.
I think I need to watch a funny video to forget what I read, because I'm still thinking about how the story could have happened.
Perhaps it affected me so much because of my love for cats, and with just a few words and a plot twist, it was enough to devastate me. That's how emotionally powerful this story can be.
