I have been working in USA for more than 14 years now and returning back to India next year. I will be living in Pune and wondering how my professional life is going to change. I am obviously not going to expect the same salary but trying to gauge how much it will be. Can someone please help me out and give me a realistic, ground level base salary and other equity related information based on my resume?
