So many trees gone from 1950s neighborhood - why?

Hi all! Someone made a comment that my neighborhood needed more trees. I walk a lot, and I’ve noticed that at least a third or so of the lots without a tree in the front yard have either a stump or an indentation where there used to be a tree. The neighborhood was built in the mid-1950s. Is there a tree that might have been used around that time with a short lifespan, or a reason many people would have had to get rid of a tree due to infrastructure changes or something like that? Thanks!

I made a boo-boo that may cost my client her interest in some real estate.

I don’t quite understand malpractice insurance. My understanding is that it would cover the cost of defending me, but if there is a judgment against me or a monetary settlement, would the insurance cover that cost? Assuming it was a legit mistake or error of assessment and nothing intentional or criminal.

I’d a suit were to be filed against me, would future potential employers know? I’m not sure my firm’s policy and if I’d get fired if there was a claim/suit against me.

Has anyone ever dealt with a malpractice suit? Did it ruin you? :(

Hi! I have lower back pain (addressing with PT) and recently have the trap bar a try without any weights. I really liked it, it felt much better on my back than with the weight hanging in front of me. The bar is in a storage spot in my gym and doesn’t have a designated spot to use it, which is awkward because I’m small (female, 5’3”) but I can manage to get it out.

I’m wondering if there is a way to load it on a regular barbell rack. I only do RDLs because a full deadlift is not good for my back right now. So bending down to load it and then the first awkward lift up off of the ground feels like I might hurt myself. I laid it on the rack to see how it would work, but it rolls to the side. As far as stepping into it, I can lower the rack, but is there a way to stabilize it to be able to load the weights up off of the ground? Or another way to load it that might prevent me from having to lift directly from the ground and bend so much to load it?

Thanks!

Side note, if someone could explain the difference between trap and hex bar, particularly with images, I’d appreciate it! The one I am using is narrower with raised handles and an elongated hexagonal shape.
