I just installed the video doorbell (battery) to replace my old Ring video doorbell, and I'm getting a very washed out picture. I followed the instructions from Reolink to try and troubleshoot, to no avail. The picture on my Ring was totally fine, so I don't think it's the location of installation that is the issue.

Hardware: DB_560MIXDB32M35DBB14MP

Firmware: v3.0.0.5298_25082501 (checked for a new firmware version in the app, nothing new to update to)

I also checked the wifi strength, which seems to be fine - it's "strong" according to the settings on the app.

Is there anything I'm missing? Or is this simply the camera quality to expect? If so, it's a big disappointment coming from Ring.
