I've been on a sushi kick lately. Trouble is, I suck at washing rice, resulting in rice sticking in my instantpot. My solution, rather than simply buying a special rice washing device, was to invent my own.

This design is inspired by rock tumblers, gold panning sluices, and old timey hand crank kitchen gadgets. I do plan on trying to build a prototype of this design.

Hopefully this is the appropriate subreddit to share this. Feedback and tips on properly washing rice are welcome.
