I feel stuck in my current role and want to career shift. Need advice
I currently work for a big local company. Base pay is good, though I had a salary cut from my previous job, but bawi naman sa benefits and other bonuses.
At first the job was okay, aligned with what I thought I wanted. But recently, I find my actual work to be outdated and irrelevant. Three years in my current role pero I feel na walang progress and napag-iwanan na ako ng ibang juniors outside my company.
I’m having second thoughts on leaving since I feel like I lack the necessary skills that most jobs I’m interested in applying for is looking (google analytics, content creation, etc). At the same time, I don’t want to stay dahil nakakabobo and hindi talaga align with my career expectations.
I need advice on how to switch to more marketing analytics role with high compensation
