Our vet believes it’s an epileptic seizure and prescribed levetiracetam ER 750 mg. Could it be paroxysmal dyskinesia instead? He didn’t lose consciousness, and this is the second time we’ve experienced this, the first episode was last week. Blood panels and other tests came back normal, though we’re still waiting on the thyroid panel. My dog seemed to know it was about to happen and came to me right before the episode started.
