Did anyone opt for OTP in VIAN Vayu? Is it safe to opt for OTP in that project?

Dear Home buyers,

For the property which is more than 50 Lakhs, the buyer needs to deduct 1% of amount and deposit as TDS to government. Did you pay 99% of the sale consideration to builder and 1% as TDS to government? Or did the builder asked you to pay 100% to him and pay 1% from your pocket to the government? Wanted to know your experiences.

Hi, I was looking at Vaishno Sapphire project and noticed that there are 0 bookings listed on the RERA website. Will there be any delay in updating it or are there zero bookings really? But for the other projects, I am seeing some bookings on the RERA website.
