I had been eyeing Criterion's version for YEARS. I was always thinking an upgrade was right around the corner. Now this *Arrow Academy* edition certainly stuck out when I saw it on ebay for over $60 pre-owned. I figured I'd just watch the listing as I could not find this edition anywhere else online. It suddenly dropped from $60 to $6! So now it's mine. This will do until someone puts out a 4K. I see Spike Jonze approved the 4K scans already used by Arrow and Criterion. So hopefully someday soon we will get an announcement.

Does anyone know if his body of work is getting more attention? Like rights purchases etc? I really enjoyed Mixed Blood, Blood for Dracula and Flesh for Frankenstein. I want to see some of his later films but this guy has seen like zero distribution during his career. Spike of Bensonhurst has never even been on DVD.

I see Cult Epics has had some controversy with their releases. Poor QC quality and crappy work. I can't find that they factually used AI. Is anyone still preordering this? I'm really interested aside from the animal cruelty scenes. That almost makes me not want it altogether.
