[IWantOut] 33F artist US -> Ireland

Basically, I am becoming less and less okay with living in the U.S., both personally and politically. And I am finding that I'm more of a "flee the country" vs "stay and fight" type of person.
I want affordable / free education and healthcare, and more so in the quiet countryside vs a city or other densely populated areas (I'm autistic and get overstimulated from those environments.)
I am strongly thinking about Ireland, because I have seen that they offer artist grants and housing, plus aren't pro-Israel from what I understand. (That and I have recent ancestry of Irish immigrants on my mom's side, although I understand if native Irish folks might find that laughable 😆!) I am wondering if Ireland is accepting towards American expats. I am both and artist and going to grad school for environmental studies / working in environmental protection, policy, & sustainability.
I am wondering if that'd be smart and realistic, and if there are other similar countries that could be a good fit for someone like myself, generally speaking?
