Winzir locked my account under “anti-fraud policy” review,is arbitrage considered fraud?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice.

Winzir recently locked my account and told me it’s under review due to their anti-fraud policy. I’m confused because the only thing I can think of is that I was doing arbitrage.

As far as I understand it, arbitrage is just taking advantage of price differences or odds differences, not hacking, stealing, chargeback abuse, or using fake accounts. But maybe the platform sees it differently under their terms.

So I want to ask:

  • Is arbitrage generally considered fraud by betting/casino platforms?
  • Can a site legally or contractually lock an account just for arbitrage?
  • Has anyone here had a similar experience with Winzir or another platform?

I’m trying to understand whether this is a real fraud issue or just a terms-and-conditions issue being labeled as “anti-fraud.”

Any insight would help.
