Better sleep recs?
I’ve been on 150 xl for almost 2 months and it’s been a big help. I wasn’t sleeping great before, but now my sleep is even more tenuous. I can fall asleep ok, but I usually wake up after 6 hours or so no matter what.
I’ve tried magnesium glycinate but that didn’t seem to do anything. As for caffeine, I drink two cups of tea in the morning.
Anyone else with this issue found a way to deeper, better sleep?
