Serious foul smell issue in flat + garbage dumping inside society premises (Aegis Trine Tower Honest Review)
Recently shifted into Aegis Trine Tower and facing a very serious issue that management is not resolving.
There is an unbearable foul smell coming from one room, the lobby area, and the attached bathroom. The smell becomes extremely strong if the doors stay closed for some time, and it honestly feels unhealthy to breathe inside the flat.
I’ve contacted maintenance multiple times over the past weeks, but no proper solution has been provided. Every visit ends with temporary excuses instead of an actual fix.
What’s more concerning is that I later came to know from neighbors that the previous tenant of the same flat also left because of a similar smell issue.
Another major issue is the garbage dumping happening openly inside/near the society premises. For a society marketed as “premium,” the hygiene and maintenance standards are shocking. The smell from waste dumping combined with the flat issue makes the overall living experience very unpleasant.
