Bad dreams for listening to pink noise while sleeping
Hi all,
For 3 days I had listened to this clip while sleeping, and it gave me bad dreams until yesterday when I stopped listening to it.

My question is what has happened and anyone has the same experience? Is there any other noise that can help to astral project instead of having bad dreams?
