Where we started with the backyard after buying the house in December in Georgia.
All compacted clay soil yard. Garbage (pic 1) aerated it big time. Then added gypsum and fertilizer.
Added 20 yards of Topsoil with the help of 2 high school kids) (pic 2) and then added more fertilizer. Slice seeded with a turf type Fescue mix.
4 weeks later we have a 95% filled in grass back yard.
Have a couple spot treatments that I tended to and seeing growth.
