losing weight, but feeling bigger than ever?

Hey friends 🏋🏻‍♀️💥 Let me start off by saying that this isn't my first time on the weight loss merry go round. Tomorrow (12 Apr) is actually the 3 year anniversary of when I first made my weight loss journey official.

Started at ±110kg, went down to 70kg, and now after a small diet break (where I gained back 5kg 😵‍💫🥴) I'm ready to tackle the next 10 to 15kg.

It's been about a month and I'm seeing it all already... The compliments and comments from others... Some clothes already fitting better... Feeling more rejuvenated and motivated... The usual! Except, when I look in the mirror, I feel bigger than ever. To my eyes, I look like I have done nothing but gain, gain, gain. It's infuriating! And, ngl, a bit depressing at times.

I just want to know if anyone else can relate to this so that I don't feel incredibly alone and insane.
