I turned the konoha symbol, Uchiha crest, uzumaki crest and the front of Sasuke's belt into treasures and then used them as stamps on top of the clothes for the finishing touches

It's in the wonderland area (as you can see). There were like 13 cop cars and they were holding down a man. He looked Hispanic. I saw a glimpse before they put a bag over his head. There was also a helicopter earlier and a few cops walking around with a screen or something behind the house. Might have gotten tased, and another neighbour said they saw him running around
