Pure white vs off white curtains for the bedroom?

I know these curtains are too short but I can alter them by unhemming and adding clips. I’m undecided about the shade of white. It matches the trim/molding/windows perfectly but I’m not sure if the light filtered through the pure white curtains is too cold for an already cool-colored room. Note that bedding changes regularly as we only use blankets but will primarily be using the colors/patterns you see in the final pics through the summer months. Should I stick with the pure white or return and get off white (different brand, less textured fabric, both cotton and semi-sheer)?

We will be replacing the blinds (one has broken and has been taken down) soon but not sure what kind. Will get a rug eventually but not until fall/winter. Will not be replacing any furniture or painting. May reupholster the bed frame and bench at some point but not anytime soon. I think the room looks darker than it is in these photos since I used wide angle photos.

Seller responds but refuses to answer questions?

I really really want this gorgeous carved wood floor lamp going for $50. I messaged the seller saying I’m very interested and asked the height to make sure it will fit in my backseat. She asked “are you interested” 🙄 and responded that it can be separated into two parts. I followed up saying yes, I can pick it up Saturday (tomorrow) as long as it fits and asking if it separates at the base or in the middle to make sure it will fit. She didn’t respond for two days. I reached out again tonight asking her to respond to my questions or just let me know if she moved on to another buyer. She responded with her schedule tomorrow and STILL refused to answer either of my questions. I don’t think I’m willing to drive an hour and a half just for it to not fit. But this is a lamp that would cost me $400+ otherwise. I’m so frustrated. Why do sellers do this?? If it’s so much work to answer a simple question that they’re willing to lose out on a sale, why respond?

Which lampshade should I keep?

I posted previously to help pick out a lampshade, but later realized with shipping charges many of those options were out of my budget. The solid color one I picked ended up being too short and I had to return it. These two are my last options - I’m hoping the small size of the pattern keeps it from clashing or looking too busy. Out of these, which one looks better?
