Chime Prime not being activated although having 3k payroll deposit

Anyone same situation? I did receive the Chime+ though

I am asking because I spent like 8 hours building a mob spawner (tested in singleplayer) only to realise that it dont work in Realms...

So, any simple good gold farm? Ideally one for mid-game nothing too hardcore.

best way to make horizontal corridors moving around the base? Like a soul sand elevator

I dont want to use elytra, or trains, is there something similar like soul sand elevator but for horizontal movement?
