Converse alternative for PF

Hi all,

I've been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and a middle-band plantar tear and have found some relief using orthotics and some of the supportive shoes (Hoka Bondi 9 and Asics Gel Contend 9).

My problem is I find them so ugly - I don't want to always be wearing big chunky sneakers in casual settings, and I find it hard to make outfits look nice with them. Before PF, I wore converse a lot of the time and loved the way they looked, so I'm looking for recommendations of shoes that look less 'sneakery' and more skate-shoe-y like converse and vans but are still supportive.

Alternatively, I'm wondering if wearing my old converse with my orthotic inserts is a viable option?

Thankyou
