Nootropics base says I don't need it because the amps are designed to brake into large pieces . Is this advice against ?

I was wondering if anybody has used this for stimulant cessation ? I've used it in the past ( decade+ ) and I remember it working well for cognitive impairment . I was wondering if I could get by on 2 ml or if I should stick to the advised 5 ml.
