Long shot but may nakapag-check in na po ba dito sa Sotetsu Grand Fresa and Sotetsu Fresa Inn sa Osaka? Which one is better?

Torn between the two. Basing on the photos, parang mas malaki rooms ni Grand Fresa pero mas mahal naman si Fresa Inn (and mas malapit sa station)… so i thought - baka mas okay si Fresa Inn.
