I don't think i've ever seen a leaky oil fissure give so much. It basically is non-stop leaking and very useful

A piece from the beginner blocks I have. I wasn’t sure how I would do it, but I penciled some hearts and eventually was able to get it decently carved. It started as a rectangular wooden block.
I sanded it and stained it then added a layer of beeswax to it. Really fulfilling. I really love wood carving and have recently gotten some new tools! My little beginner box is beginning to be outgrown!
The image on the top heart in the first pic is a bit of wood burning and it’s of three baby turtles from a real picture. (Wood burning is so hard. A mistake is forever lol)
Anyways onto the third project now!!
