Support for Pre-orders
Does anyone know how long Anycubic support takes to get back to you for tickets - I wanted to change the filaments on my pre-order for the Kobra X but haven't head back from them yet for a week?
My order is still in awaiting shipping status, so I thought I'd be able to edit it. Or am I mistaken.
