Is there a way to assign Document Date as Placeholder?

Hey,

ive got a workflow for my monthly payslip, which works but not really. I want to assign a name based on the date wihin the document. So i tried to do that with placeholders, in my workflow ive got within assign title: "payslip {{ created_month }} {{ created_year }}" which does work but its not what i want, its the date of the creation of the file which is not really what i want, if im scanning a few payslips at once all of them have the same dame. The date in the document also gets noticed by paperless which i can see in the date input within the document. My question, is there a way to do this, set the date thats within the document as part of the Name? Also is there a way that paperless doesnt just suggests the Date that was found within the Document, i want it just to apply it to the data of the document, everytime ive got to click on it.

Please dont mind my grammar, English isnt my first language :).

Need help fixing my paperless-ngx

Hey guys,

first of all im a complete noob with truenas ive been setting it up the last few days and think i know whats going on but oviously i dont. Yesterday i did some permission changes, i think i added builinusers & admins to the dataset above all my apps recurisvely which completly fucked everything. I undid these changes but its not working, yesterday my nextcloud, immich and paperless went down, for nextcloud and immich i just reinstalled everything because i couldnt figure it out, for paperless there is a problem, there was already data which i cant recreate on it and so i have to fix it or atleast save the data and inject it later on. Yesterday evening out of pure desperation i deleted the app because i wanted to install it on other datasets to see which permission it needs, so just to say this, its not installed atm. Theres one thing that came to my mind, i noticed that all of the postgress datasets which i created with generic preset became app presets after the install which is normal i think but one thing that changes with that are the permissions because i get the "Click an item to view NFSv4 permissions" instead of the unix ones, idk what this means but maybe its got an impact.

The problem yesterday was that postgres_upgrade crashed, in the logs were only 4 lines they said "could write, permission denied" or something like that, so it was a permission problem but i couldnt figure out where postgres_upgrade even was because there was no dataset for it.

This morning i just tried reinstalling paperless on my old datasets, these are the lifecycle logs for this morning:

[2026/04/06 09:44:43] (ERROR) app_lifecycle.compose_action():58 - Failed 'up' action for 'paperless-ngx' app: Network ix-paperless-ngx_ix-internal-paperless-net Creating\n Network ix-paperless-ngx_ix-internal-paperless-net Created\n Volume "ix-paperless-ngx_redis-data" Creating\n Volume "ix-paperless-ngx_redis-data" Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-gotenberg-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-tika-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-tika-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-redis-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-gotenberg-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-redis-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-paperless-1 Creating\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-paperless-1 Created\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-gotenberg-1 Starting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-tika-1 Starting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Starting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Started\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-tika-1 Started\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Waiting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Waiting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-gotenberg-1 Started\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Exited\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-redis-1 Starting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Exited\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 Starting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-redis-1 Started\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 Started\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Waiting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 Waiting\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-permissions-1 Exited\n Container ix-paperless-ngx-postgres_upgrade-1 service "postgres_upgrade" didn't complete successfully: exit 1\nservice "postgres_upgrade" didn't complete successfully: exit 1\n

I added a Picture of my postgres permissions, it doesnt have the "used by app" symbol because paperless isnt isntalled,
