I'm newish to semi hydro, but maybe was not that cautious, in that I have multiple plants in semi hydro without 100% knowing what I'm doing. Here are come TC alocasia I have in LECA and I just noticed there's considerable mold. (Also, crystalized salts -- I haven't been flushing the LECA, I just haven't had time or I'm lazy I guess). I use RO water and foliage focus, so I kind of feel like the mold shouldn't have much to grow on? I use the small (probably pint) size soup take out containers and I only let the water get 0.5 in up, which I think is appropriate?

Anyway, what should I do? I'd like not to lose these so should I repot or treat the mold?
