Hey everyone,

My cousin just received a Samsung charger delivered via Tata Cliq, but the strange part is—he never ordered it.

All the details on the package (name, address, phone number) are correct, but he doesn’t even have an account on Tata Cliq. No OTPs, no payment, nothing.

We’re confused about what this could be:

Wrong delivery?

Some kind of scam?

“Brushing” (fake orders to boost seller ratings)?

What should we do next?

Is it safe to keep the product?

Should we contact Tata Cliq support or just ignore it?

Any risk of personal data misuse here?
