Any womens shelters recommendations for donations

does anyone have any womens shelters that are good at giving the things we donate to the actual people in need. i have alot of clothes that are brand new/ lightly used im getting rid of but i see alot of reviews of people saying they sell the good stuff and give the people in need the not great stuff. i dont want it to be resold i just want the people in need to get stuff that will help them. I live in sugarland so places closer to me would be great.

almost bought the stappo but trying to be mindful on spending and used what i had instead

this is the large calpak cosmetics case. ive had it for 3 years. i almost bought the large stappo because i carry all my supplies from my room to the dining room every day; but im trying to do better with spending. it fits all my supplies- planners, jornal, sketchbook on one side and than pens, highlighters, white out, stickers, clamp, templates on the other.
