Sorry for the close up on my toes but I’m desperate lol

I’ve been having small blisters on my feet and thought it was dyshidrosis but this time it looks different?
It is extremely itchy and I’m not sure what I can do to help.

(I have the « classic » eczema as well, but I’m not in a flare up)
