Please make the assumption that I had access to all the cards that I would have wanted or needed to work on the archetype. Notably the two scalding tarns (one of these should be any blue fetch) over additional black fetches, the exclusion of the fourth Quantum Riddler and the choice to not include additional shock/surveil lands.

I went undefeated in matches in both the swiss and top 4 (5 rounds, cut to top 4).
