I got a letter today from the IRS today saying my "Trump Account" election was refused because my H&R Block-generated and e-filed tax form was "missing information, hard to read, or illegible."*

I checked the PDF copy of the return that H&R Blocks software created. Everything is perfect except: The last name was truncated (due to form length limitation) and the signature block doesn't have any /s/ or date.

Anyone else have this issue?

*Bizarrely, the letter is dated several days from today.
