C2 Hu Tao or C6 Mona?

Hi guys, i wanted to ask for your help to decide the free constellation, im mostly thinking about getting Hu Tao from C1 to C2, Mona to C6, and Tartaglia and Baizhu to C1 (i kinda never use them tho). What do you think would be the best decision?

The relic event gave me a really good spd piece but i think it's better to use it on Sparxie for the Attack%!
