I adore blue glass and found a listing on fbmp for this Imperial Glass blue cake stand that was covered in a coat of dust for only $5! It is also much larger than I thought it would be. The photo from above doesn't do this plate justice, the very vivid blue on the bottom is a better representation of the color.
For me it's custard cups. I especially love the thin pyrex ones with the slightly wavy edges. They are so adorable to me because they look delicate, yet they're such a workhorse and have survived the test of time and use. I've also picked up some other brands along the way. I refuse to pay more than a dollar for them. Added plus, they take up very little space in my cabinets and my family seems to not notice that they multiply, unlike other items I get.
