I was involuntarily denied boarding coming home to YYZ on March 3rd due to an over booked flight. I was told by the airport staff I would be getting a $1000 travel voucher sent to me in the coming days. Now almost 2 months later and 3 waste of time phone calls to air Canada I’ve received nothing and no one seems to help. Anyone experienced this before and have any tips what I can do to get my voucher ? Yes I have filled out the online form and got a case number, beginning of April and have still heard nothing.
