Established hospital in Corpus Christi is looking for an experienced L&D Nurse Manager to lead a 27 bed unit including Labor & Delivery, OB Emergency Department and Surgical Suite. You'd be managing an 80 FTE team.

Pay: $40–$51/hr based on leadership experience
Location: Corpus Christi, TX (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time | On-call rotation every 3rd week

Requirements:

• Active RN license (ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred)
• 1+ year of recent L&D leadership experience (within the last year)
• Current BLS; RNC-OB or NRP a plus
• Experience with budgeting, staffing models and EMR systems
