I want to make an outdoor garden ornament that looks like an animal. I was thinking concrete? Something waterproof-ish. How do I do this?
It would be fairly large, maybe 2 or 3 feet tall. If you must know, it's going to be a huge rat! I know how to do paper mache but that isn't waterproof. Could I use paper mache as a base and then use a more waterproof material over it or would that collapse? Could I fill the paper mache with something so it keeps its shape under the weight?
