Middle School Crash Course

I'm looking for some help planning for a "middle school crash course" in Korean. We have one more session (one hour long) and I am wondering where I should spend my time and energy. I have introduced students to the alphabet itself as well as consonant+vowel formatting (?) but will spend some time introducing batchim. I'm thinking something about pronunciation? But then do I try to do it myself (poor pronunciation) or show a video? Do you guys have tried and true kid-friendly resources and videos I can share?

I understand that they will never be perfectly fluent after two hours but I want to introduce it in a way that might encourage them to seek out more learning.

Thanks in adavnce!

I have a vision in my mind of a (teacher) planner, that allows me to click and move lesson plans between days with little to no problem. I'm not looking for something with major fanfare (I don't need places to put common standards or things like that.) Just something where I can organize daily lesson plans and maybe a spot to include student behaviours, if necessary.

What is everyone using as teacher? Does something like this exist? I've used notion previously and maybe it's my fault, but it just didn't stick.

Edit to Add: I don't have an iPad or similar, so I'm looking for something usable on desktop!
