Hi all. Just discovered our back neighbours pool isn’t fenced along our boundary. They never speak to us, and when we went overseas last year they bought a crane onto our driveway to lift a pool into their yard. They didn’t get our permission to do so. For reference. Our house is on a hill and they are our back neighbours so their house is higher than ours. We found out yesterday that they only have a hedge on our boundary and no pool fence, and the pool is about 3 feet from the boundary line. We’ve also discovered that we have a few plants dieing in one area and have found that their pool waste pipe goes directly into our land, just an open pipe. It’s hard to explain, but because our houses are on a slope, our back boundary with them is about 3 meters higher than our ground level. Wondering if there’s any point going to council about potential pool certification issues with their pool. Thanks.
