I was 30yo at diagnosis and I'm 2 years out from chemo. I was picked up for an article on young survivorship through a charity and the initial meeting ended up being so great that I was picked up for a series. My first article will be an intro, but then I'd like to dig deeper into topics such as:

  • -friendships/relationships
  • -early-to-mid career shifts
  • -financial implications
  • -fertility and subsequent infertility or the "waiting period"
  • -hair loss
  • -keeping life "normal" and "moving" such as getting engaged/married like I did during treatment and what that actually looks like, etc.

What topics are YOU interested in? What are the "pillars" I should be focused on? What isn't talked about enough and on the flipside, what is talked about too much?

Post-Chemo Eyelash Growth/Mascara Tips After 7 Losses

NOT AN AD just advice that worked for me. After losing my eyelashes through 7 growth cycles as a triple negative breast cancer survivor, I have become dramatically and unwillingly educated in lash regrowth. Here’s my unpaid, unsolicited discoveries on Tarte Maneater Mascara vs. Tarte Tubing Mascara, plus GrandeLASH vs. Latisse — what helped, what looked better on fragile regrowth lashes, and what I wish I knew sooner. Not medical advice, just one cancer girlie’s lash saga and hope someone finds this helpful!
