Is anyone else experiencing this spot removal bug in LrC?

All forms of spot remove are now leaving a contrast burn in when the background is brighter than what is being removed / replaced. I don't go crazy with editing stray hairs but I tend to do it on the better portraits in a set.

I've had a few shots where I had to import the edited jpeg and then continue my spot removal which is a massive pain in the ass. The latest LrC update did not fix this for me.

Swap the can opener for the small blade or the 91 or 84mm nail file?

I'm workshopping a six layer Swiss Champ and am wondering if the small blade or either nail file (new crosscut) can replace the can opener on the opener layer. I've been carrying a Ranger for a while and find everything but the metal file and can opener useful in my day to day. When I did use the metal file it was for a rough plastic edge, and I think the new crosscut nail file would be enough for the occasional plastic sanding (and nail filing.)

Plan:

  1. Big blade + small blade or nail file + corkscrew
  2. Wood saw + chisel
  3. Scissors + hook
  4. Pliers
  5. Magnifier + inline philips
  6. Cap lifter + nail file or small blade + awl

I searched the sub and found this post which would seem to confirm that one of these options is possible, but I'd like to try and get some more evidence before I dive in.

I don't have a preference between the 84 or 91mm nail file and could only find info that the 84mm nail file might sit a little too low. However, the comments in that post I linked mentioned having to bend the spring slightly to fit the small blade, maybe the 84mm file will prevent needing to do that? Also used Sportsmans are cheaper, but I'm unsure if the pins on the 84mm SAKs are a different size.
