I just got a narwal flow 2 days ago after watching vacuum wars episode on it. It keeps getting stuck on the tiniest little lips to floor mats. Contacted customer support and they’re telling me to change my floor mat to a no go zone as it triggers cliff detection. Are they out of their mind? At $1200 I’m not turning a no go zone on for a mat that is heavily used and needs to be vacuumed 🤣🤣🤣

My reason for buying this one is the low maintenance and the roller mop. However I’m open to other models now that don’t get caught on a freaking door mat. INSANE

Anyone have recommendations for a robovac with mopping feature that doesn’t get hung up on floor mats? That’s also relatively low maintenance? looking in the $1000 Canadian region
