Rainwater harvest hydrostatic pressure wet system

We would like to install the leaf eater downspouts as pictured. Our roof is 16 feet high where the beginning of our gutter is and the above ground tank is 9 ft tall. We’re worried that since the leaf eater spout is at ground level as pictured, there wouldn’t be enough pressure to push the rain water through underground pipes and up into the tank for a wet system. Does anyone know if the setup will work? Will we lose a tremendous amount of pressure since there is a break where the gutter meets the leaf eater and that the break happens to low to the ground? Thxs
