If I have a suite booked for Vegas, and then I go to book another comped room for the same days, will that cause any issues with check-in or Caesars in general?

For example, I have a suite at Harrahs but I also book a room at Caesars Palace for the exact same dates

For example, I stay at Paris, but I want my play to be at Caesar's Palace.
