Any tips for reheating ribs that got a bit hard? My Kamado got up to like 325 for a while I guess and my ribs ended up pretty hard on the outside.

Maybe I can steam them? Or just put in a ziploc in hot water or into my sous vide?

Edit: I decided to go with the easy sous vide butter solution because it was easy and well.... alcohol. Worked amazing. Was significantly better than the first day fresh off the BBQ. Like waaaay better. Many thanks to everyone for your suggestions!! Two racks for $20 at Sam's... Like even if you fuck them up bad you still profited. What is that like $5 more than a McDonald's combo these days??
