I'm cooking rice and I don't have oxtails, so I'm settling for just making the sauce to cover the rice. I want to make a lot, too. I want to DROWN the rice in the savory beef-like sauce. I've been browzing different web platforms, but I'm only finding recipes involving the oxtails. I try to ignore the oxtail presence in the recipes, but that's really difficult, if anyone can understand that... I need to be able to measure everything properly. Will someone give me an ingredient list + measurements for JUST THE SAUCE? please
