So i backed up my samsung galaxy s23 ultra (rooted) before "Upgrading " to One UI 8 ( Not realizing i wouldn't be able to root my phone , anyways I'm trying to recover my files as it completely wiped my phone when i "upgraded" to the latest firmware.

I tried using Neo Backup on my tablet and put the backup file onto my tablet..

However my photos /videos aren't recovering ?

Any idea why this is happening and how i can go about finding them ?

They were originally in my DCIM folder.

Gstream/movie hd hasnt been loading any content the last week?

Has the apk renamed to something else or has the project shut down?
