I wanted to get some real opinions on safety in Mysore vs Bangalore.
How do they compare in terms of daily life, like commuting, staying out late, and general safety (especially for students or people living alone)? I’ve heard Mysore is calmer, but Bangalore has more going on, so just wanted to know what it actually feels like living in both.
I'm looking for a calm and comfortable place to study in Mysore. Preferably a library or any spot where I can sit for a few hours without much disturbance. Good seating, a quiet environment, and maybe decent Wi-Fi would be a big plus.
If you know any good libraries, reading rooms, or even cafés that are student-friendly, please drop your suggestions.

I've been trying to find good mangalore buns here in mysore but I've noticed many veg restaurants don't have mangalore buns in their breakfast menu , I've only ever found it in amrutha veg in BR Ambedkar Road which was actually pretty good ,so apart from that where can I get good mangalore buns?
