Been making yarn wrapped cord baskets. Anybody else do this?

I saw a fifteen second video on IG and immediately lost it in the algorithm but thought, I can do that. I bet I can do that. And it turns out, I can! I did!

I started this a few weeks ago, and I’m really enjoying the lack of pattern requirements, the fast pace, and the usefulness of the product.

But I don’t even know what they’re called, really? I’m unaware of any subcultures attacked to them? I don’t know anybody else who makes them? I haven’t even really found an appropriate google?

Just reaching out to the Great Reddit Gods to see if anybody else has info, or joy, or stories, or ideas, or anything, really.
