Relais Chateaux in San Antonio de Areco, near Buenos Aires?

Thinking about spending a week in Buenos Aires and maybe two days at ESTANCIA LA BAMBA DE ARECO in November. Reviews on this property are mixed, with many saying that a hotel stay is compromised by the many day trippers who visit the property for lunch and horse riding. I'd love to hear comments from travelers who have been to this property, or any others nearby...

We would like to spend up to three weeks in Sardinia next June (2027). This will be our first trip to the island. I love to swim but only if the water is warm, and I don't think it will be warm enough for me in June. So I am looking for hotels with heated swimming pools so I can swim laps. We do not hike, and we prefer to spend a minimum of three nights in one hotel. I'm trying to come up with a general plan with the idea that we can return for a second trip to the places we liked. (Second trip could be September 2027)

If you know of hotels with heated pools, please let me know. The hotels I am interested in for this trip include LE DUNE PISCINAS; VILLA LAS TRONAS (Alghero); PETRA SEGRETA or any hotel within easy reach of Olbia airport.

I thought we could fly into Cagliari and spend three or four nights there. Then drive to LE DUNE PISCINAS; stay 5 nights; Drive north to Alghero, for four nights before moving on to a hotel in the general area of Olbia before flying out of that airport. I've got more nights to play with so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Food is a primary interest; not looking for fancy tasting menus, but for regional food. Might like to spend a night in an agriturismo with an excellent restaurant.

We would concentrate on the northern beaches on a second trip in September when water is warm enough for comfortable swimming.

We like luxury hotels but do not want to stay in Porto Cervo or any other glitzy spot.
