Thinking about buying this John Keal for Brown Saltman Walnut Dining Table

Seller on Marketplace is asking $700 for this 54” table. It looks like some areas of the table and legs might need a little restoration but I’m in love with this piece. Including a photo of the table after someone restored it. Thoughts?

Cannot find any information on this teak dining table

I’m thinking about buying this dining table from my local vintage shop. I can’t find any information about it on google and reverse image search only pulls up coffee tables. Anyone have info on this? Seller is asking $375
